Exchanges & Return Policy

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all returned or exchanged underwear must be received in 100% original, pristine condition.

How to Try On Your Order:

• Always try on underwear over your own clean pair of underwear or leggings/stretch pants.
• Keep all original tags attached while checking the fit.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unstained (completely free of deodorant, pet hair, or odors).
• In original packaging with all brand tags attached.
• Requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at hello@tushandbush.com with your order number.
2. For exchanges: Please specify which item, size, and color you would like instead. We also recommend placing a note inside your package with your order number and desired exchange items.
3. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to your package.

Shipping Fees:

• Exchanges: Free return shipping! We cover the return label cost and ship your new item at no extra charge.
• Refunds: Return shipping label fees will be deducted from your total refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges:
We process exchanges once your return is delivered to us. We make every effort to fulfill your exact request, but item availability can shift quickly. If your requested item or size is out of stock when your return arrives, our team will reach out via email with alternative options, store credit, or a full refund.

Inspection & Rejected Returns:
All items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Any item showing signs of direct skin contact, wear, washing, missing tags, or odors will be rejected. Rejected items cannot be refunded and will only be shipped back to you at your expense.
